My tracking number is not working, has my order been shipped yet?

Your tracking number is sent to you the moment we pack your order. It may take some time before your courier has the chance to physically scan your order.

Each courier is different when it comes to the first scan showing on your tracking number but please allow up to 2 business days for a first scan to show for FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, Aramex, to update their website with the first scan. And up to 3 business days for DHL eCommerce.
