Please allow 12-24 business hours for FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, Toll, to update their website with the current tracking information. If 48 business hours have elapsed and there is no change in the tracking, please contact Customer Service at support@thewodlife.com.au and inform them of your concerns and they will work with you to resolve the matter.
Please keep in mind that The WOD Life is unable to provide a tracking number for those orders 500g and under. In all other circumstances, tracking numbers will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation email where possible.
