I need to cancel my order or change something, what should I do?

 

Once your order has been placed, it has begun to be processed and no amendments or cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders or make any changes during this time.


Usually, if we received a notice prior to order dispatch, we are able to cancel it before the order is handed to post, but this is not always the case. We will do the best to "catch" your order before it goes out but due to the fast nature and our efforts to get our customers orders out, it may have already been picked, packed and dispatched.
