Your order may be marked as delivered but the item could still be in transit.
The parcel will normally be left at your front door or mailbox, but can sometimes be hidden out of sight behind pot plants, bins, in a carport or in your power meter box.
You may also need to ask a family member if they received the parcel on your behalf.
You can always contact your local post office and gather information regarding your parcel or check if the shipping address you have provided is incorrect.
