Australian Orders Return Process

 

Australian Domestic Returns:

Our Extended Holidays Returns Policy is in effect! We have extended our Returns time limit to 60 days from purchase! 

If you reside in Australia, please follow the following returns process: 

Please be aware we cannot process returns, exchanges or refunds on nutritional or supplement products once opened, books, media, heavy equipment, swimwear and undergarments unless the products are faulty.

No returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits can be provided on items returned to The WOD Life in a used condition or outside our terms and conditions. 

Please ensure that any items returned are in new or as new condition, as they were purchased. This also includes any packaging materials such as shoe boxes.

If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in a bag. Do NOT stick the return label directly onto the shoe box.

To assist TWL's Returns team in processing your return efficiently, please ensure that you follow all the instructions below:

Step 1: Head to our dedicated returns portal:

https://returns.thewodlife.com.au/#/

Step 2: Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing the order. If you don’t know your order number, check your email inbox for the order confirmation email.

Step 3: Fill out the necessary information

Step 4: Print off the return label (Australian Customers Only)

Step 5: Package up what is being returned in a return bag and attach the postage label to the bag (Australian Customers Only).

Step 6: You are responsible for the return of the product, in an unused, as new condition

Step 7: Drop the parcel off at an Australia Post Office or Post Box (Australian Customers Only)

Step 8: Sit back, relax and our TWL Returns team will process your return.
