I have not received the gift card code in my email. What should I do?


All purchased TWL Gift cards are electronic and delivered automatically & instantly to your email. In the event, that you did not receive the purchased gift cards, you need to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.

If you still cannot locate it, you can directly contact us at support@thewodlife.com.au for us to verify and resend the gift card if needed.

Please make sure to put the correct and updated email address for you to receive the gift cards accordingly.
