I didn't receive my product/order, what can I do?

The WOD Life is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied. In the event that you did not receive your order, here are some steps you can do:

1. Contact your local carrier. (If a tracking number has been provided) and ask the whereabouts of your order e.g. attempted delivery date, time and the person who received your order (in your absence).
2. Contact our Support Team. If no tracking number yet, you may need to consider the shipping times for delivery. 

You may also need to check your mailbox, porch for any trace of the package. If you cannot find the product, reach out to us and we are happy to help.
