I didn't receive my product/order, what can I do?

The WOD Life is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied. In the event that you did not receive your order, here are some steps you can do:

1. Contact your local carrier. (If a tracking number has been provided) and ask the whereabouts of your order e.g. attempted delivery date, time and the person who received your order (in your absence).
2. Contact our Support Team. Message us at support@thewodlife.com.au and we can investigate.

You may also need to check your mailbox, porch, behind bins, in you power meter box, behind pot plants or other potential hiding places for any trace of the package.

  • I placed order 533222 it was for 3 pairs of weight plates, 2x20 2x10 and 2 X5 so why have I only received 1x10 instead of 2x10.

    The item description literally say pair in it.
