Orders are delivered by Australia Post and Toll Priority. Other courier services such as Fastway Couriers, Hunter Express and Toll IPEC are utilised to deliver heavier packages.
New Zealand Orders
Orders to New Zealand are shipped by Australia Post Express (for orders below 2kg). All orders over 2kg are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to arrive.
International Orders
International Orders please allow 2-7 Business Days for your items to arrive. As we post to all corners of the globe, each order is unique and the time frame can range depending on the destination country and remote places may take a bit longer.
TIPS FOR FAST DELIVERY:
1. Double check your address before ordering.
2. Couriers have 'Authority to Leave' parcels if safe. We recommend having a parcel sent to your workplace if you live in an apartment block, have a property which is not accessible to a courier or there is no safe place to leave a parcel.
3. If being delivered to a workplace, include the name of the business, not the shop number or level.
